This is a fantastic DVD .
This is probably the most interesting DVD collection ever produced. There is a very wide selection of guests and themes that not only reflect on USA society but also on life in general. I bought the DVD collection for myself as a birthday present because I was hoping to catch up on all the Oprah shows I had missed whilst living in Germany over the last 3 decades. As with other DVD collections I at first was looking for the standard show-for-show type of DVD or at least a collection of Oprah's greatest hits. Wow, was I in for a surprise. Each individual DVD has interviews with celebrities. Some of the interviews are too short and others seem to be full length. But to my surprise this was not the emphasis of this DVD collection. Furthermore, the DVD collection has been subdivided into themes. On each DVD there are lengthy reports or in some cases documentary footage of fantastic people and some of the issues of our Time. Now that I have seen the whole collection, I have gained a feeling of respect and admiration as well as a sense of awe for Oprah Winfrey that I had not imagined. I simply did not know that she, in my opinion, as a person and then as a journalist has been doing works of wonder for so many years. Thank you Oprah for compiling this DVD collection. My expectations of this DVD were surpassed one hundredfold.

Wir sind unglaublich begeistert von dieser DVD-Kollektion. Oprah Winfrey ist eine ganz faszinierende Frau und diese DVD-Sammlung ist nicht nur sehr inspirierend und motivierend, sondern auch sehr berührend. Es flossen nicht nur bei Oprah selbst Tränen, sondern auch bei uns. Es ist fast unmöglich, diese Frau in Worten zu beschreiben, man muss sie einfach erlebt haben.Der Kauf dieser DVD-Sammlung lohnt sich auf jeden Fall!!
